Key Focus of the role:
Creation of various communication media, digital content management, social media management, and brand development.
Key Metrics (KPIs)
*Delivery of high-quality designs (e.g., brochures, flyers, digital assets).
*Contribution to digital engagement metrics, such as website visits and social media interactions.
*Timely updates and content creation for the blog and website.
Aufgaben
1) Design and Content Creation:
*Develop designs for various communication media such as email banners, flyers, brochures, promotional materials, and trade fair assets.
*Create and edit visual content including images and videos; coordinate with agencies as required.
2) Digital Presence:
*Manage and maintain the Jauch website, including its continuous development.
*Contribute to the Jauch blog by writing, editing, and publishing relevant content.
*Manage and optimize the company’s social media channels.
3) Brand Development:
*Support the team in marketing strategy development and execution.
*Ensure cohesive branding across all mediums.
Qualifikation
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*Completed education in media/communication design or similar fields (university degree or vocational training).
*Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign.
*Solid experience with MS Office tools.
*Knowledge and interest in print, digital, and social media marketing.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
*Experience with video production/editing tools.
*Familiarity with content management systems and website optimization.
*Understanding of marketing analytics tools is a plus.
Experience Level:
0,5–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Open to juniors - it is rather a junior, early mid-level role.
Languages:
Fluent German (C1), conversational English (B1).

*Base Salary: €44,000–€52,000 (dependent on experience).
