About the Role
As Equipment Sales Manager for the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client's market presence across Germany, Austria & Switzerland. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The territory available already has strong sales and with the right candidate has plenty of room for growing the business year on year. You will have the opportunity to become an integral part of a highly successful team. The role is a permanent full time, field-based role.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market penetration and revenue generation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
* Gain a deep understanding of our client's equipment portfolio and effectively communicate its benefits to customers.
* Identify, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
* Accurately forecast sales performance and develop action plans to achieve targets.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve shared goals.
* Regularly travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Required Skills
* Experience of selling equipment within Infection Control / Decontamination
* A solid understanding of infection control procedures & policies
* The ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
* A talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
* The ability to work independently and take initiative
* The flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
* Multilingual ability is highly desirable
