Who will you be joining?
You will be joining the Reward & Performance Team of the German Desk that is part of the global People and Culture team. The Reward & Performance team is responsible for all aspects around remuneration including benefits for Allianz SE and its major insurance companies in Germany.
How can you make an impact?
You will:
* Actively steer compensation management and planning for (senior) employees of the major Allianz companies in Germany incl. the global holding company (Allianz SE)
* Independently implement and improve remuneration processes including respective project coordination
* Engage in comprehensive remuneration discussions with senior management based on analysis and data prepared by the GD R&P Team
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications:
* University degree (i.e. Business Administration; Mathematics; Economics; Finance -preferably Master)
* Affinity for data analysis with corresponding prior knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Power BI
* Project management experience or willingness to undergo further training desirable
* Well organized, able to drive topics forward independently, proactive
* Good knowledge of English and German (interface to Allianz SE and major German Allianz entities ) German does not have to be at native speaker level, but German and English at least at C1 level
* Enjoy dealing and coordinating with many interface partners
Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP Success Factors experience
* Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
