Where is the Position? The position is located in Düsseldorf, Germany; within dynamic & challenging environment with international members from diverse cultures. Which missions will you lead? As Compliance Advisor, you will contribute to the enforcement of Schneider Electric Compliance program with a specific focus on HR topics (anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, conflicts of interest, ...) whistleblowing system and fostering a culture of integrity. You will have also the opportunity to learn from others domains as fraud and corruption. Develop and implement programs to increase Compliance understanding and adoption by HR leaders & managers with a specific focus on HR compliance domain. Animate, train and engage the HR investigators community ( people) in all countries (on boarding, training on investigation, recognition programs) Manage local compliance initiatives in collaboration with Regional compliance officer (awareness events, dedicated mentoring programs, specific trainings… What are the qualifications we are looking for? Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Ethics&Compliance, Legal or Business administration. Work experience: First experience (as apprentice, intern or first CDD/CDI) in compliance and/or legal domains. Skills: Google analytics (GA4) excellent knowledge SEO tools, prefernece SEMrush Requested languages: German is an asset but not mandatory English Good verbal and written communication skills in English requested. Personal abilities or skills: Strong interest & understanding of compliance principles, policies and regulations related Results oriented and pragmatic. Strong motivation for collaboration and team work. Good capacity to work remotely in a matrix and global environment. Proactive and capacity to work independently
