Collaborate with the Regional HR team on the annual budget process for the EEMA Region, supporting budget controlling and monitoring HR-related expenses. Control and report HR-related expenses for regional countries, analyze country budget files, and guide countries through the budget process. Develop, implement, and support the company’s reward and compensation strategy across all locations, both operationally and strategically. Develop and deliver people analytics and reporting to identify trends and provide solutions. Manage large data models using Excel and VBA, enhancing HR system usage. Update HR reports as required, ensuring timely submission. Follow up on local SharePoint reports for EEMA countries Ensure SOX compliance across all EEMA countries, checking adherence to policies and procedures. Perform Oracle updates, checks, and controls for the EEMA region in alignment with global policies and procedures. Function: HR & Organization Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Administration. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Controlling experience in HR field, preferably in a multinational environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint, including macros) and Oracle systems. Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure, with strong stress resilience. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to changing tasks and priorities. Strong communication skills with business-level fluency in both English and German (both written and spoken).
