Your responsibilities
* Support the development of a best-in-class operational risk management framework by contributing to improvement projects and on/off-site risk assessments
* Contribute to and lead the annual renewal process of the insurance strategy for operating assets and the development of the target insurance strategy for new assets
* Help undertake maintenance and risk project prioritization within the framework of the annual Mid-Term Planning process
* Partner with other team members to deliver thorough analysis of both planned and actual expenditure profiles across assets
* Contribute to and lead improvement projects across departments, taking an active role in identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes
Your profile
* Commercial apprenticeship / Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, natural sciences or related
* Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
* A strategic mindset with a solid understanding of operational risk management
* Experience in a power plant environment is valuable, as is knowledge of project management
* A natural ability to collaborate across teams, hierarchies, and cultures, bringing people together to achieve shared goals
* Willingness to undertake international travel
* Business fluency in English; other languages are a plus
