THE ROLE & THE TEAM We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Junior Creator Manager - Entertainment to join us on this exciting journey. As part of the wider Onsite Creator Content (OCC) team, you’ll leverage your expertise to expand Zalando’s Creator Ecosystem, and captivate and inspire the next generation of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle shoppers. Zalando’s newly formed Inspiration & Entertainment (I&E) venture will focus on embracing the future of online retail, where every click unveils a new chapter in its evolution. Together, we’ll create and share content that resonates with Zalando’s diverse customer base across all markets, keeping them inspired, engaged, entertained and coming back for more. As Creator Manager, you’ll be focusing on sourcing, recruiting, and managing a pool of entertainment creators. You’ll act as the first point of contact for Creators and you will work closely with other Creator Managers to ensure these creators feel connected to the Zalando brand, empowering them with the tools, feedback, and resources they need to deliver exceptional content our audience loves. With a small pool of Creators you’ll be providing ongoing performance feedback to help the creators improve their content as well as taking care of operational topics such as compensation, contracting and tracking links as well as providing input to on-going projects. You’ll have a strong understanding of social-first content, especially on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, you’ll know what it takes to create engaging, audience-centred content that connects and inspires. You will build relationships with the creators in your managed portfolio, be their point of contact for contracting, compensation, briefing for deliverables, and other account management subjects. You will gather their feedback and act as their spokesperson within Zalando. Solve something that matters: You’ll be responsible for working with the broader team to define our core creator management processes and performance management framework for creators. You will be able to work with empathy and a dedicated human touch to communicate with your creators, guiding and listening to them, and putting your creators first. Put yourself in the customer's shoes: You’ll act as the first point of contact for our creators whether that is ensuring they have the necessary tools to create content or following up with them in case anything isn’t delivered or providing answers to queries. You will be the expert on Zalando’s creator toolsets, and help creators understand how to leverage it to grow and monetise their audience. Analyse and adapt: Dealing with multiple creators, you’ll know how to measure and report on success against strategic goals, quickly adapting when necessary to optimise performance. You’ll be able to pull insights from multiple data sources that can help steer the performance of the creators. You’ll be subject matter experts on their respective channels providing them with guidance and insights on their content as well as trends to help them create the best content. Continuous Improvement: You’ll be on the frontline when it comes to working with creators and will be best positioned to identify opportunities to improve our ways of working that you can share with the relevant stakeholders. You will build and transfer knowledge of problems and opportunities relative to creator management (e.g. design and execution of creators’ surveys and interviews) and will contribute to new strategic creator management initiatives. WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF You have experience with sourcing and contracting of creators or talent management 1 - 2 years of relevant work within fashion, lifestyle or influencer marketing You have a high level understanding of the influencer & entertainment marketing industry and an eye for great content. You have a good understanding of different types of content e.g video, imagery or editorial You have great organisational and coordination skills, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy ensuring that work is completed on time and in full You’re committed to diversity and inclusivity – you’ll share our message of inclusivity and liberation through fashion.
