Your responsibilities
* Structure PPA business cases together with Front Office as commercial focal point across Unipers wholesale and trading business
* Plan, manage and deliver new business processes (PPAs as priority) across organizational interfaces ensuring that new PPAs are efficiently setup while meeting compliance requirements
* Prioritize new business opportunities (PPAs as priority) together with Front Office Senior Management
* Ensure transparency and alignment on business readiness status and priority across all impacted functions
* Steer implementation across relevant delivery functions while ensuring speed to market expectations are met
Your profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience with wholesale and trading product design (especially PPAs) is mandatory
* Ability to deep dive into complex commercial business cases together with commercial functions and to manage delivery processes across multiple interfaces
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proofen track record to work beyond Unipers functional and legal boundaries to achieve common commercial goals
* Willingness to support responsible principal and line manager with shaping the mandate of the function in response of Unipers strategy
* Fluent in written and spoken English and fluent in written and spoken German is mandatory
