To strengthen our team at HanseWerk Natur GmbH, we are looking for a Risk Manager for Controlling & Project Management (m/f/d) as soon as possible for our location in Quickborn near Hamburg. If you are interested, please apply online.
Your Tasks
* You are responsible for risk controlling in our company, including the identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting of risks.
* You coordinate the risk reporting to the group and the parent company, align relevant topics internally, and summarize the results.
* In addition to your role as a risk controller, you lead and coordinate projects, for example, in connection with new investments, ensuring efficient implementation.
* You work cross-departmentally and promote exchange between various specialist areas.
* You optimize planning and reporting with a particular focus on digitalization and automation.
* You are responsible for internal quarterly reporting as well as for reports within the framework of the Internal Control System (IKS).
* You are a close sparring partner for the energy sector, with a special focus on commodity risks for various fuels, such as natural gas and biomethane.
Your Profile
* You have a completed degree with a focus on economics (e.g., business administration, economics), energy economics, or another quantitative field.
* You bring experience in controlling or risk management, ideally in the energy sector or a related field.
* You are an enthusiastic networker, possess a very high affinity for numbers, and have a quick grasp of concepts.
* You take proactive initiative, drive topics independently, and bring new impulses into the organization.
* You are proficient in Excel, digitally savvy, analytically strong, and understand complex relationships.
* You have fluent German and English language skills.
