As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven AE to join our team in Berlin. You’ll be pivotal in growing our customer base, building strong relationships, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. Collaborating closely with our Co-Founders and leadership team, you’ll play a critical role in making trade compliance faster, smarter, and more efficient for businesses worldwide.
Tasks
* Own the entire sales cycle, from your first “hello” to sealing the deal
* Close new business deals for traide AI: Your main focus will be to successfully convert already qualified deals into customers
* Build relationships with key decision-makers in mid- to large-sized enterprises and uncover how traide AI can solve their trade compliance challenges.
* Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our ambitious growth goals
* Identify customer pain points and effectively communicate how traide AI can address them
* Lead acquisition via partner networks, industry events, and inboundleads
* Work with qualified leads
* Collaborate with our Product and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey
* Actively track and reportsales metrics to the leadership team
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or related fields, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build lasting relationships
* Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and data-driven sales methodologies
* Fluency in German and English
* A self-starter mentality with a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced startup environment
