For our partner company in the healthcare sector we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
The company is a manufacturer of an innovative software which is used by hospitals and healthcare facilities facilities.
Your responsibility is the care of existing customers who use the software solution in use. You act as the main contact person for the customers and are also the link between the sales team and the technical departments such as product management.
In this position you can 100% from the home office (remote) work.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks
11. Main contact person for existing customers for all eHealth software issues
12. Building and consolidating customer relationships
13. Providing ongoing advice to customers on the company's product and service portfolio
14. Working directly with the technical teams, in particular with product management, to implement customers' individual software requirements
15. Identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities and implementing them
16. Exchange with the sales department as part of customer support, e.g. on the topics of KPIs, marketing plans, contract management, reporting and much more.
Your profile
17. Several years of experience in technical software sales
18. Knowledge of existing customer support and relationship management
19. Communicative character and good analytical skills as well as good technical understanding to understand customer needs
20. Open to little travel during the quarter
21. Very good written and spoken German and fluent in English
