Global Track Warehouse is seeking an entry-level Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on business development, marketing activities, and product management. As a key representative of our company, you will actively engage clients and foster long-lasting relationships.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Marketing: Lead sales initiatives and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and facilitate growth.
* Client Engagement: Identify potential business opportunities, create persuasive proposals, and participate in client meetings, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
* Industry Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
* Operational Analysis: Evaluate operational processes, business workflows, and product lines to identify efficiencies and areas for performance improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Fluent in German and English; French proficiency is an advantage.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (recent graduates preferred).
* Some travel may be required.
* Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
* Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within teams.
