Your tasks:
1. You will be responsible for employee management and personnel deployment planning in the Rail division for approx. 6 employees
2. You will be responsible for the organization and control of operational processes
3. You will support loading and unloading in the rail area
4. You will be responsible for spot checks on loading, taking into account adequate load securing
5. You will be responsible for continuous process optimization based on regularly reviewed productivity and quality indicators
6. You will also be responsible for checking compliance with quality guidelines and targets as well as work instructions, including occupational safety requirements
7. At the same time, you will be in close coordination and cooperation with the commercial Rail department

8. You have successfully completed your training in the logistics sector
9. You have already gained extensive professional experience in the warehouse, as well as initial management skills
10. You also have a solution- and results-oriented way of working
11. You can assert yourself when necessary and are decisive
