ABOUT YOUR ROLE SEEK ’s Operations team is the backbone of our organization that is dedicated to working for a world where everyone, everywhere can thrive and realize their potential. In this important role as Office Manager (D/F/M) ( part time 50 % ) you will take ownership of our office operations from technical device and access management to procurement of all office supplies. Your service level-oriented mindset, your hands-on mentality and your eye for detail help you running our office operations seamlessly and efficiently. You will be the go-to person for employee inquiries, help prepare client meetings and be the one who masters the office / meeting room IT infrastructure – in short: Yo u are running the office YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Take care of the office community’s needs. Handle administrative duties and ensure that the office operates smoothly Cooperate with government agencies and other local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations (e.g. VBG, Health & Saf ety Management) Communicate with external services, manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as necessary Help organize and cater for team events in and outside of t he office. Manage IT inventory, order and maintenance requests of electronic equipment Be the contact person between the team and our external IT maintenance provider Own and maintain our shared MS Teams Databases and mailing lists. Further develop our internal administrative processes and digital tools A ssist invoice approvals and duly administer company costs Greet visitors, answer and redirect phone calls, receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. Run ad-hoc projects to support our team and office Make the office feel home for our international team ABOUT YOU You are the heart of the office, driven by a passion for ensuring that the needs of our team are met with care and efficiency. You like to work a t the office and run it with strong ownership. With a can-do attitude and hands-on approach, you solve problems proactively and keep everything running smoothly. Your organizational and digital skills, attention to detail, and fluent German and English language skills make you a key player in our team’s success.
