The team's goal is to drive scaled CM accretive growth and efficiency for EU Retail. We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Senior Business Manager – Supply Chain. The MVR org is comprised of RVR, responsible for onboarding new-to-Amazon brands, and VSP, which manages medium/small size vendors. The Senior Business Manager will lead strategic supply chain initiatives within the MVR organization, focusing on availability optimization, operational excellence, supply chain programs, and vendor experience enhancement to drive transformational improvements across the supply chain ecosystem. This role will define the optimal end-to-end supply chain setup for all MVR vendors to improve long-term availability, speed, reliability, and costs through automation. Key job responsibilities You will design and implement transformational supply chain strategies, develop automated solutions, and create standardized frameworks for MVR vendors. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to enhance vendor experience and drive CM accretive growth for EU Retail while improving supply chain efficiency and performance. You will leverage data to investigate and deliver improvements in key supply chain metrics. You will identify and develop scalable solutions to key operational challenges, both internal and external with Vendors. You will own and manage multiple projects, working across central program teams and category teams to improve EU MVR supply chain- from development through to delivery. You will frequently partner with RVR/VSP business teams to contribute to the development of the long-term strategy for availability and inventory management. A day in the life As you enter one of our Retail offices in London, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Luxembourg or Paris and grab a first cup of coffee or tea with your colleagues you begin to look forward to your day. You will carve out roughly 50% of your time to move forward on projects you or the MVR Supply Chain team own, that contribute to creating lasting impact across our vendor base and supply chain. You will spend 30% of your time working with partner teams in EIM, AIM, SCP and Retail Supply Chain teams, finding new solutions to optimise our supply chain at scale and sharing best practice. Finally, you will spend roughly 20% of your time working on your development, in discussions and directly working with your manager. About the team We are a centralized team as part of the Pan-EU Programs team. Our Supply Chain team, is spread across our EU locations and own vendor facing supply chain and supply chain program adoption. Improving customer availability remains at the core of the role, with a focus on delivering upside via long term strategic engagement with our vendor base by defining end to end supply chain solutions which optimize the processing, delivery and receipt of goods. Additionally, they are improving the customer experience by leveraging their vendor and business knowledge to support continuous improvement of our inventory management systems and optimizing inputs to these systems.
