Job Description We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant for transformation projects with following key responsibilities: OCM Strategy: Apply the global OCM strategy tailored for the project, aligned with client executives. Change Management and Communication: Execute Change Management and Communication activities according to plan. Change Impact Assessment: Assess and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. Stakeholder Management: Analyze and engage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report Change Management activities, including readiness assessments. Collaboration: Work closely with all project members.
