We are looking forward to welcome you on board of our multicultural HR team Join us as a Recruiter (m/f/d) - Leased Labor Your mission Independent responsibility for the recruitment process of several business units incl. negotiation of employment contracts Work with the teams to identify and contact leaders in the research field from across the globe as well as manage the relationship with our supporting agencies, and leverage the internal staff to develop the internal referral program Be the candidate's point of contact through the hiring process until on-boarding Advice and guidance to management on recruitment topics Monitor the recruitment process Internal and external communication (with candidates, managers, stakeholders, etc.) Support on reporting (statistics, etc.) and Recruitment administration Your areas of expertise University degree in Business Administration/Law/Psychology or other relevant subject with major in HR management or specialized HR qualification Strong in depth practical experience in recruitment Ability to interact with all levels within the company and represent the company professionally towards externals Fluency in English (written and spoken), and Chinese (written and spoken), German knowledge would be a plus Team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture Hands-on and can-do attitude Well-organized and structured working style By applying to this position, you agree with our Recruitment Privacy Statement.
