Are you ready to join us? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Corporate Development to drive high-impact initiatives that shape our company’s future. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and will work with the entire C-Suite other key stakeholders to further deveolop our strategy and lead complex, high impact cross functional project. You will : Develop and execute corporate strategies that enhance business performance, including growth planning, cost optimization, and organizational transformation. Partner with the Executive Committee to identify and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and sustainable expansion. Lead financial and operational analysis to assess risks and opportunities, ensuring well-informed executive decision-making. Drive cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with various departments to enhance business processes and scalability. Leverage insights from AI and emerging technologies to drive automation, efficiency, and competitive advantages. Ensure corporate development efforts align with long-term business goals including M&A You have : Proven experience (>8 years) in managing large, complex and challenging projects in a high-growth or technology-driven company. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in on details while maintaining a big-picture perspective. Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with executive leadership, finance, product, tech and operational teams Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with AI technology and its applications in business optimization as well as M&A is a plus.
