What you´ll do
* Lead the strategic design, implementation, and governance of the global job architecture framework across the organization and in line with organizational growth.
* Integrate external insights and digital HR solutions to develop a future-ready job architecture database, seamlessly connected to key HR processes.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy by analyzing, refining, and updating job families and core profiles in response to organizational changes and evolving needs.
* Partner with HR BPs, key business stakeholders, and regional ambassadors to maintain an agile job architecture, connecting its application to additional HR processes.
* Collaborate with HR Center of Excellence teams to develop and implement a strategic workforce planning framework, leveraging job architecture data to support long-term business and talent strategies.
* Drive the conceptualization, testing, and enhancement of the job architecture database.
* Develop and deliver training programs on Global Job Architecture (GJA) and Org. Effectiveness, fostering alignment among a worldwide network of stakeholders.
* Thrive in an international, dynamic environment, contributing to a high-performing team that tackles challenges with agility and innovation.
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree in business, HR, organizational behavior, or equivalent
* 6+ years of professional experience preferably in HR, consulting, or organizational design
* Experience in organizational design, job classification, career pathing, and job titling frameworks
* Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain job architecture frameworks, while keeping it aligned with business strategy
* Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR systems, preferably SAP and/or Workday
* Fluent English skills (writing & speaking)
