Position Overview
Strategic managementofPureplayer(PP) and Brick and Click (B&C) businessfocused on driving profitable growthwhilemaintainingbrand excellence. This role is a critical business role, collaborating on key tasks and initiatives to further strengthenthe Wholesale e-Commerce business of Ralph Lauren in Region Germany (including DACH and Eastern European markets), based in Munich.
This is a strategically important channel for Ralph Lauren in terms of driving sustainable and profitable business growth, brand elevation and acquiring new, young consumers, driving strong impactful reach of brand messaging. Region Germany is a key region for digital growth to the company in EMEA. The mission is to ensure Ralph Lauren is the no. 1 luxury lifestyle brand on all our PP and B&C partner websites in terms of sales, brand presentation on-site and marketing innovation. As such the role has twofundamental facets: sustainable growth and protecting brand equity as traffic and sales on high reach digital platforms accelerate.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop long-term strategies with key accounts to support our Ralph Lauren growth drivers
2. Ensure Season-over-Season profitablegrowthand maximize full-price sales performance
3. Optimize Operational Processes

5. Ensure Product & Marketing Excellence
Key responsibilities
6. Business Development: Lead performance tracking and analysis of key accounts and develop strategic insights for market dynamics. Support online distribution network development and drive data-informed decision-making, using sales and consumer metrics
7. Sales & Merchandise Management:Optimizesell-in and sell-out strategies and develop consumer-centric assortment strategies. Identifygrowthopportunitiesacrosschannels
8. Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements while ensuring operational alignment with digital partners
9. Marketing & Brand Management: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness. Maintain high-quality product page standards and ensure consistent brand representation across platforms
10. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with PPand B&Cpartners.Align business strategies with customer needs and coordinate accordingly with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Merchandise, Business development, Legaletc)
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
11. 2-3+ years of experience in similar role within an e-commerce business, ideally with experience at a brand (Luxury / Premium Fashion or Sportswear) and at a retailer (Zalando, mytheresa, YNAP, Amazon, Answear, Modivo) with a proven track record of success of building profitability category value and growing brand(s) equity
12. Passion for brands and customers, continuously searching for ways to grow value
13. Natural excitement for the fashion industry and related product
14. Strong interpersonal skills needed with ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams
15. Ability to think proactively, creatively problem solve, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
16. Hands-on attitude and eagerness to work solution oriented
17. Deep understanding of the Region Germany/EE premium/luxury market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
18. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Any additional languageis a plus
