What you will do:
We are looking for a motivated intern (f/m/d) who wants to support us as a Content Creator Lead - a core role in our internal team. In this role you will be responsible for creating and uploading relevant and interesting content on our social media channel and building an audience and customer engagement. You will monitor metrics, engage with comments and create all creative designs. You will support us on cultivating a strong brand identity on LinkedIn by creating stories and posts that externally communicate what HR Experts are experiencing in our formats and position our internal leaders as trusted advisors in Future of Work and HR relevant topics.
Your tasks will include:
1. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar assets.
2. Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
3. Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
4. Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions, and to promote company initiatives.
5. Suggesting new ways to promote offerings and to reach HR Experts.
6. Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
7. Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
What you bring:
Currently a student of a university or university of applied sciences (FH) with a focus on social media and communication, business administration, business informatics, psychology, media design, or related subjects.
8. Languages: Being fluent in both German and English is a must.
9. First experiences with SAP internal systems is a plus.

10. Excellent verbal communication skills
11. Excellent writing skills
12. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
13. Graphic design skills – InDesign, Photoshop or other graphic design tools are also a plus
