Overview
Job Summary:
The Executive Director, Head of Product & UX will be responsible for evolving the vision and strategy for multiple products to create exceptional experiences for our customers and employees as well as drive measurable value against the Allegis business drivers. In addition to setting product and UX vision and strategy, the role is also accountable for ensuring the roadmaps and capacity investments are aligned to delivering on that value.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
The role will have direct responsibility for leading and upskilling members of the product team and UX team as well as maturing these disciplines. This role is highly focused on building trust across a wide population of people: internal teams, technology teams, stakeholders, etc. The individual for this role should have a proven track record at becoming a trusted partner and building trust between groups and individuals.
They will also be responsible for partnering with stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on senior stakeholders, across the operating companies, IS, finance and additional departments to align product and UX strategy to business goals and objectives and communicate value achieved as well as lessons learned. Additionally, they will be responsible for engaging with clients, talent and strategic partners.
Supervisory or Management Responsibility:
Responsible for leading, managing and developing the product and UX teams, ensuring individual and team success.
Budget Responsibility:
Co-owns budget decisions with IS leadership and Coalitions.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
* 4-year degree or 6+ years of related work experience
* Desired experience in Product Management and UX, Staffing Industry preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Ideal candidate possesses robust depth of knowledge of recruiting industry practices and is experienced at working with both traditional and alternate delivery models. Prior experience in working across Allegis Operating Companies is desired.

Salary Range:
* $185,000-$240,000
* The position is bonus eligible
