Tasks We're looking for an experienced Director of Sales to develop and grow our sales efforts in the UK. You are expected to be an exceptional individual who can lead our sales strategy and grow our team. You should be driven by results and expect no less than the highest rewards. You should be able to evangelize our full range of Digital Marketing Services to market leaders. Above all, you should be a self-motivated individual and a team player who is passionate about Ad-Tech in general and Mobile Marketing in particular and is looking to Manage the end-to-end sales cycle in a fast paste tech company. Responsibilities Own and manage the UK market when it comes to sales and marketing Work collaboratively with the team to drive growth with new and existing customers Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with partners to optimize their advertising investment Generate bottom-up business plans to define strategies and tactics Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects (Mobile UA, Mobile, and Desktop Re-Targeting, CTV, DOOH, DSP as a SAAS, Location-based user’s targeted programmatic buying) Own content management in CRM to keep pipeline and opportunities up-to-date Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or related field, OR equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years experience in direct media sales, preferably in Direct response and/or Media Agencies in mobile Solid experience in the UK market Proven experience calling clients directly or in tandem with agencies to maximize partnerships Strong understanding of DSPs and SSPs ecosystem Vast range of existing relationships and contacts with Media Agencies and DRs Highly motivated team player with a passion for sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual revenue targets in past positionProven ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
