We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Manager (m/w/d) to oversee the direct-to-consumer (D2C) eCommerce channels for Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH), and Poland. You will be responsible for driving the commercial performance across these markets, supported by an eCommerce Associate. The role requires close collaboration with local marketing, retail, and sales teams to ensure channel meeting the budget though out channel differentiated strategies. Work on product forecasts with Marketing team for future activities
Ensure the availability of stock to support key commercial activities

Enhance consumer journeys, both on-site and to the site, working with difital marketing teams Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert in eCommerce within the local team, leveraging your experience, knowledge, and leadership to drive strategic initiatives, influence decisions, and focus on consumer needs and market trends
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Retail, Consumer Service, Supply Chain) and regional eCommerce peers
Manage on-site content and ensure it aligns with commercial goals
Minimum of 5 years proven experience with eCommerce commercial responsibility
Degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
Advanced level Excel skills
Hands-on experience in eCommerce back-end, ideally with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC): catalogue management, content management, merchandising, cross-selling/up-selling, on-site search, A/B testing, personalization, etc.
