Department Description & Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Manager (m/f/d) within our Business Enablement team, focusing on strategic staffing and PMO responsibilities. This fixed-term position is crucial in aligning workforce capabilities with business needs, ensuring projects are staffed with the right talent, and supporting Allianz Consulting’s mission of delivering impactful solutions and developing talent.
As a Strategic Staffing PMO, you will play a central role in optimizing staffing operations, driving efficiency, and fostering sustainable workforce strategies, while ensuring that project goals align with Allianz Consulting’s vision of delivering impact and developing talent.

Key responsibilities
* Collaborate with project leaders, Engagement Managers, and Partners to ensure optimal team compositions, matching individual skills and capabilities to project requirements.
* Monitor, maintain, and analyze staffing and resource-related data, delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making and workforce alignment.
* Actively manage skill inventories and contribute to the development of strategies for skill enhancement, future readiness, and workforce upskilling.
* Implement and uphold standardized processes, tools, and governance models to ensure efficient staffing operations and alignment with project management best practices.
* Engage with senior stakeholders by providing timely updates, status reports, and recommendations to support project success.
* Continuously refine staffing and PMO processes to improve workflow efficiency and identify opportunities for resource utilization enhancements
* Support skill-based project staffing by maintaining an up-to-date skills database and identifying talent needs for current and future projects.
Key requirements
* University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 1–3 years of experience in operational business, HR, staffing and resource management, or management consulting.
* Proven expertise in project management, workforce planning, or business transformation, including initiative development and rollout.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data for resource planning and decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and senior leadership levels (Experience in senior stakeholder management)
* Fluency in English is required; German language skills preferred. Strong presentation and reporting capabilities are essential.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint Online and MS Dynamics (preferred)
* Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, international team environment.
