For our Lemwerder location we are looking for a :
Operational IT Portfolio & Resource Manager (m/f/d)
Your position in our crew
* In your role, you will control resource management in the IT organization and ensure that key operational topics, projects and initiatives are efficiently staffed.
* To this end, you will be responsible for the further development of existing processes and tools for resource planning and management and create transparency regarding capacities and skills.
* You will actively shape lean and efficient portfolio management for the entire organization and, in close coordination with IT management, ensure that prioritized topics are provided with the necessary resources and are in line with corporate goals and the IT strategy.
* In addition, you create an overview of the available resources in the organization and ensure their optimal allocation to prioritized topics.
* Together with the IT management team, you ensure transparency, prioritize resources and make a significant contribution to the sustainable development and performance of the organization.
* Last but not least, you act as an interface to project managers, service managers and executives and ensure effective communication and coordination - even in challenging situations.
What you have in your luggage
* Degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
* Experience in capacity or resource management, ideally in an IT environment
* Very good German and good English skills
* Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience with resource planning tools & BI solutions is a plus (e.g. Jira, Jira Structure, Jira Plans, Tempo Planner)
* Certifications in the areas of portfolio/project management (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) and/or IT governance (e.g. ITIL 4, COBIT) and agile practices (e.g. SAFe Lean PPM) are an advantage
