Your main responsibilities
* Develop, implement and continuously update comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with our transformation program objectives.
* Design and produce visually appealing communication materials (newsletters, presentations, reports...) that turn data into engaging strories to effectively communicate key messages.
* Create and manage content across various platforms to keep communication dynamic, and effectively disseminate information to engage employees.
* Facilitate smooth transitions by preparing and supporting stakeholders through changes, using change management principles and practices to effectively communicate during transformation.
* Establish and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, using data to drive decision-making and improve communication outcomes.
Your profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, public relations or journalism
* 3 years of experience in internal communication for a multinational company driving a large transformation program
* demonstrated proficiency in crafting clear, concise, and engaging written content for various channels and audiences
* strong communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes
* ability to communicate effectively in English at a near-native level, both in writing and verbally
