Intro For one of the big power supplier in Germany we search for a Financial Contract Manager. Tasks Prepare Supplier and Category Level spend and forecasting reporting on a regular basis, providing management reporting for Department Head. Proficient user of PowerBI and SAP mandatory. Act as a SME within the wider IT Procurement Management Team for data analysis and financial reporting topics Responsible for delivering on all Contractual Financial Management topics throughout the Contract Lifecycle from Tender to contract exit processes including pricing and service credit mechanisms Define and execute the in Contract financial governance structure, reporting and committees required whilst applying defined policies Anticipate, identify, monitor, report and mitigate financial risks associated with third party providers of IT related services Build and maintain relationships with defined strategic IT Vendors and internal stakeholders (such as IT Service Owners) Requirements Be a self-starter who takes ownership for creative problem solving. Attention to detail and focus on accuracy. Strong communication skills, utilising the most effective and efficient communication skills and tools, always considering the recipient’s role and position. Collaborative working approach with people and/ or parties to help them reach a mutually satisfying solution. Ensure a detailed view, understanding and consideration of group-wide IT processes and governance to apply in business partnership and cooperation. Be familiar with the organizational and legal structures, frameworks and guidelines, which are relevant for the position to ensure responsible and adequate behaviour Several years of Experience in a Financial Analyst or related Contracting environment preferably within an IT Environment Implementation of Financial Governance processes and related process improvements Preparation of Complex Financial reports and related data analysis. Experience in working International multi-disciplinary and multi-site development teams Experience in managing 3rd party providers (including managed service) Business fluent in English and ideally German Willingness to travel to Essen and occasionally Swindon
