As a Senior System Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating, designing, and implementing IT systems and applications that meet the needs of our KVG Back Office Fund Accounting Technology Team. You will work closely with Business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also lead the troubleshooting and optimization of existing systems to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments like Fund Accounting, Data Management, Tax Reporting etc. - Design, develop, and implement IT systems and applications for the KVG Back Office insourcing department in Germany. - Collaborate with IT and Business project managers, external developers, and functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Conduct system testing and validation procedures. - Provide technical guidance and support in the daily production issues. - Identify and resolve system issues and suggest changes to fix inefficiencies. - Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications. - Stay updated with the latest regulation related to Fund Accounting and related topics and technologies to recommend improvements. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis or a related role. - Strong knowledge of system design and development methodologies. - Advanced knowledge and work experience with SimCorp Dimension and Tax Applications including improving operations. - Fluent in written and spoken German and English. - Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, computer science, economics, finance, taxation, or similar education.
