The Implementation Manager EMEA will oversee the successful implementation of our ESE (Endoscopy Solutions Ecosystem) Solutions on a regional scale. This role sits within the EMEA Medical Service Business Unit while maintaining a strong functional connection to the global ESE network. This leadership role requires technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Regional Strategy: Develop and execute implementation plans, from installation to post-installation maintenance, that are aligned with business objectives, customer needs and regional requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, product teams, developers, and customers to gather requirements and manage expectations
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Technical Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of software solutions to drive effective design, configuration, and integration
- Regional Coordination: Align efforts across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring consistent methodologies and processes
- Quality Assurance: Define and enforce QA processes, conduct audits, and ensure successful software deployment
- Training & Support: Work with training teams to develop materials, deliver sessions, and ensure smooth user adoption
- Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback, analyze metrics, and drive process enhancements for better implementation efficiency
- Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project delivery
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Experience: 5-10 years in a similar role, with experience in cloud-based software deployment and regional responsibility
- Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Strong project management, leadership, and team-building skills
- Expertise in software implementation, configuration, and integration, with a preference for experience in enterprise solutions
- Understanding of cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and familiarity with platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage cross-cultural teams and navigate regional differences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
