The Opportunity:
OVERVIEW
The holder of the position is responsible for the technical and organisational implementation of all warehouse activities.
POSITION PROFILE (main purpose of position and interdependencies)
The job holder is obliged to perform cross-divisional or non-departmental tasks, provided that these must be carried out immediately and in order to avoid damage in the interest of the company.
INTERNAL: Interfaces to specialist departments QA, production, assembly, AV
KEY TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTCOMES (KPIs)
1. Professional storage,
2. Professional goods bookings via ERP system
3. Identification and labelling of goods at the entrance to the warehouse.
4. Internal transport of goods
5. Shipping preparation for outgoing goods (picking, preparing, and marking the goods ready for dispatch)
6. Loading and handling, shuttle, and transit traffic
7. Compliance with legal & internal procedures, rules, and regulations
8. Preventive operation and maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment
9. Compliance with storage regulations and cleanliness in all internal warehouses and yard areas
10. Implementation and compliance with all legal regulations
11. Goods receipt
12. Incoming goods inspection
13. Documentation (system-side receipt of goods) of the delivery
14. Identify and distribute parcel goods.
15. Inventory checks and corrections
QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience and certifications)
16. Training as a warehouse logistics specialist preferred or as a warehouse clerk
17. Several years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in an industrial company
18. Forklift license
19. German in spoken and written form
20. Basic knowledge of English is desirable.

23. Willingness for Shift- and Weekend work
24. Storage of production goods (I-points)
25. Preparing goods for shipment
26. Shipping and stock transfers
