Area Sales Supervisor
As an Area Sales Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our partners' growth, guiding potential affiliates on their entrepreneurial journey from initial negotiations to business planning. You will play a pivotal role in their success.
Main Responsibilities
* Mentor franchise partners in sales and business development.
* Deliver hands-on training and motivate partners with innovative sales strategies and digital tools.
* Analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
* Assist in launching new centers and coordinate communication within the sales area.
* Represent our brand at key events and fairs.
Requirements
* Experience in sales, franchising, or management consulting (preferably in a B2B environment).
* Completed studies in business administration or a related field.
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Fluency in German (C1 or Native) and excellent English proficiency, especially for international communication.
* Willingness to travel and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in sales tools (e.g., CRM) and good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
