We’re on the lookout for a savvy IT Support Engineer to join our IT Service Operations team. If you’re passionate about solving tech issues and keeping systems running like clockwork, this could be your next big move!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Your Mission: Be the go-to person for all things IT—solving problems, handling requests, and keeping our team connected.
* LIS Wizard: Support our Laboratory Information System (LIS) and ensure it’s always on point.
* Tech Troubleshooter: Tackle common IT issues head-on and escalate the tough ones to our IT Operations pros.
* Digital Detective: Keep meticulous records of incidents and requests in our IT service management system.
* Tech Setup Guru: Help deploy and configure the latest hardware and software.
* User Empowerment: Train and support our team to make the most of our IT systems.
* System Sentinel: Monitor our IT infrastructure to ensure everything’s running smoothly.
* Team Player: Collaborate with our awesome IT crew to deliver top-tier service.
* Local Hero: Provide hands-on support at our locations.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience: You’ve got IT support experience and ideally ITIL certification.
* Skills: Strong problem-solving chops, solid knowledge of IT systems (Windows OS, MS Office), and experience with incident management.
* ️ Languages: Fluent in German and French; English is a bonus.
* Vibe: Great communicator, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a team player who can also work solo.
* ✈️ Flexibility: Ready to travel to Antech sites for onsite support.
