What you´ll do
* Adapt, implement, and promote the regional Talent Leadership Learning strategy, including policies, processes, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global strategy and local requirements while collaborating with the global CoE, business units, and key stakeholders
* Regularly manage, update, and communicate the regional learning portfolio based on stakeholder and learner needs
* Ensure the smooth operational implementation of learning offerings, including planning, coordination, and participant management
* Oversee activities in collaboration with our support center GBS+, manage learning providers, and track key learning KPIs to measure impact, effectiveness, and compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards
* Anticipate future trends and proactively propose innovative solutions and methods
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor or master in business, HR, communication or marketing
* 4 years of relevant work experience
* Background in learning, employer reputation or related HR fields beneficial
* Team player, networker, strong conceptual and communication skills
* Digital skills highly welcome
* Fluent English and German
