Your tasks?
* You will develop, maintain and provide dashboards in Excel for the analysis and monitoring of HR key figures (depending on your level of knowledge also in Workday, PowerBI and/or Python).
* Your tasks will include the implementation of monthly and quarterly evaluations of personnel key figures as well as the visual preparation of the analysis results.
* You will support monthly and quarterly personnel controlling (e.g. provisions, auditing).
* The automation and optimization of data transfer processes are part of your work.
* You will ensure the high quality of the personnel data.
* You will also support ad hoc inquiries about personnel figures.
* In doing so, you will always ensure compliance with data protection guidelines and regulations when processing HR data.
* You will identify trends and patterns in HR data to support strategic decisions.
Your profil?
* You are studying business informatics, business administration, computer science or a comparable course of study and have an interest in data analysis.
* You are characterized by analytical and logical thinking.
* You have a knack and interest in data and data visualization.
* You have very good Excel skills.
* You have already gained some experience with Python and PowerBI.
* Ideally, you have some knowledge of handling personnel data or at least a strong interest in it.
* Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
