Customers in more than 60 countries use these technical capabilities as they manage and modernize IT infrastructures and application landscapes and adopt DevOps practices. As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be a technical consultant working closely with potential Device42 customers to ensure the product aligns to their needs. Working side by side with sales, you’ll serve as the technical and product expert, articulating the best solutions for customers. This role requires you to be comfortable interacting with customers in addition to technological depth and awareness. Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process. Own and manage various activities including technical presentations, demonstrations,and proof of concept projects. Build and increase Device42’s relevance with customers by qualifying customer’s needs,desired outcomes, and benefits and positioning Device42 in context to it. Understand and evangelize Device42, its competitors, value proposition, and positioningto more effectively field advanced questions from customers and partners.
