Job Summary & Responsibilities We are offering talented students and recent graduates an exciting opportunity to work in the demanding field of Investment Banking (Mergers & Acquisitions) for a three-month internship from October to December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our team and gain live experience working for a global investment bank. Our program provides all interns with the unique opportunity to: Work alongside current Analysts, Associates, and VPs over the course of three months Have exposure to our main sector teams: Healthcare, Consumer Products & Services and Services & Industrials Take on all functions of a full-time analyst Assist deal teams in live transactions Perform financial due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of potential and live transactions Receive direct client exposure in a culture of collaboration and accountability Draft pitch materials, information memorandums, management presentations, and other relevant communications Identify potential M&A and financing situations Qualifications Our people are our most valuable asset.
