Eurofighter Simulator Operational Factors (m/w/d)
The Eurofighter Training and Simulation Department provides simulators and services for the Eurofighter (EF) Pilot Synthetic Training System (PSTS) within the Eurofighter programme. The Operational Factors (OF) is responsible to support all related operational factors activities within the Training and Simulation department.

Your tasks and responsibilities
* Operational support for the Pilot Synthetic Training System (PSTS) project regarding integration and operational acceptance test
* Performance of operational tests in the Eurofighter cockpit and Instructor Operator Station
* Operational support for PSTS operational tests (Air/Air, Air/Surface)
* Operational support for national and international PSTS rollout activities
* Exploring new technologies which will improve training and following up idea discussions/concept development with the Customer
* Attendance at the relevant technical and operational meetings
* Build operational Knowledge, Skills and Experience of new Eurofighter systems, functionalities and capabilities
* Operational Support for Germany (GE) National PSTS Upgrade Projects, for the introduction of networked combat training and the development of a Synthetic Environment as well as for Virtual Reality Training Solutions
Desired skills and qualifications
* Former fast jet Pilot or Weapon Systems Officer (WSO) in the German Air Force
* Operational experience in fast, sophisticated, modern combat-jets with instructor and/or weapon-instructor qualification and experience
* Ability to work independently within set guidelines, if required, while maintaining
* Experience in national or international pilot training programs
* Familiarity with training systems, simulators, and/or aircraft systems
* Experience working with international military customers and industry partners
* Fluent in English and German at a negotiation level
