Your Mission
As a Sales & Marketing Consultant for Google Ads Products, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation. Youll proactively reach out to prospective clients, helping them identify growth opportunities, optimise their marketing strategies, and achieve measurable results through the Google Ads platform.
In this role, you will build relationships, educate clients, and tailor solutions to drive success. With full training and coaching support, you'll be equipped to make a real impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to engage new and existing clients with tailored Google Ads solutions
* Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers while nurturing long-term relationships
* Understand clients business needs and marketing goals to position relevant services effectively
* Record detailed client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups through CRM tools
* Monitor market trends and competitors to continuously improve sales strategies
* Deliver high-quality customer service and support to maximise satisfaction and retention
* Collaborate with peers and managers to exceed team targets and campaign KPIs
What We Are Looking For
* Native-level German (C2) and fluency in English
* Previous experience in sales or customer engagement, ideally in digital or B2B environments
* Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
* Commercial awareness and an interest in digital marketing solutions
* Customer-oriented approach with a proactive, enthusiastic attitude
