If you are passionate about driving innovation in the pharmaceutical industry and have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, then we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity Tasks & responsibilities In your new role, you will be leading the development of NCE small molecule drug products, including lead candidate selection, with a strong focus on formulation and, process development, and You will supporting the packaging development for selected dosage forms. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with defined Quality Target Product Profile (QTPP) and global regulatory requirements. Evaluating and implementing new and innovative formulation/packaging concepts, as well as new technologies for manufacturing and control will also take place in your responsibility. You will characterize formulation and packaging concepts, as well as implementing advanced scale-up models and Quality by Design (QbD) elements. Applying Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) to enhance development approaches will be handled also by you. As leader for of your team you will provide training, and supervision to the team. You will maintain and enhance the functional excellence of the Innovative Dosage Forms team by leading .Furthermore, you will lead a state-of-the-art laboratory and enforcing regulatory, corporate, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance, and fiscal responsibility. Requirements Doctoral degree (or equivalent) in Life or Chemical Sciences or Pharmacy, ideally with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology or Technology Extensive experience and expertise in NCE Drug Product development of multiple dosage forms, and related areas such as Manufacturing, Analytics, and Regulatory Affairs. Proven track record of successfully developing products. Proven extensive years of experience in leadership and management of direct reports. Experienced in leading teams in a global, cross-functional environment, with frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders involved in Drug Product development.
