Your Tasks
1. Execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including dunning
2. Posting of business transactions, bank and cash transactions, including preparation of payments
3. Processing of fixed asset accounting
4. Completion of statistical reports such as Intrastat, Bundesbank
5. Processing of travel expense reports
6. Preparatory work for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
7. Important point of contact for internal and external addressees, such as tax consultants and auditors
Your Profile
8. Successfully completed commercial training and ideally subject-specific additional qualifications (e.g. accountant, tax clerk, tax specialist)
9. Relevant professional experience
10. Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
11. Friendly and convincing demeanor, team player
12. Fluent in German and good written and spoken English
