Your mission The position is covering content management and coordination of the work environment of the CHRO of Elli. The post holder is responsible for preparing, accompanying and postprocessing of all meetings the CHRO Elli is attending - e.g. Volkswagen Group Committees, Elli leadership meetings, negotiations, events and keynotes - including following-up on the resulting assignments. The position is characterized by very close alignment with the management, processing new topics and special orders as well as communication with international locations and business partners. Your profile Education Requirements Completed University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Science or comparable Work experience in several HR functions (min. 5 years) and knowledge of HR processes and topics Technical Knowledge & Softskills Experience working with Board Management and other Executives Business fluent in English - both written and spoken In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and knowledge of common Volkswagen Systems (Konzern-Meetingtool, DMS, Planstellenmanagement, i.serve, Xera) or willingness to acquire necessary, missing knowledge High degree of initiative and self-organization High degree of personal responsibility and reliability High communication skills and team spirit High degree of collaboration skills and flexibility The position is assigned to grade J according to the Elli function grading.
