Hauptaufgaben
Serves as the Supply Technician in the Quality Assurance Division of The US Army Medical Materiel Center - Europe, which is a direct supporting division to the Deputy Commander of Support for unbiased quality assurance of medical logistics operations that support all EUCOM, AFRICOM, CENTCOM, Defense Health Agency, and Department of State medical supply requirements.
System analytics for workflow generation: Incumbent must be a subject matter expert in the use of the SAP software "Theater Enterprise Wide Logistics System" (TEWLS) WH Modules, and Excel. Incumbent will use both standard and nonstandard TEWLS reports to aggregate data on executed work, identify errors and possible process flaws through interpretation of the data.
Focused and Random Quality Assurance checks on warehouse operations to audit identified events or patterns and gather data from on-the-spot checks to identify process/ training flaws that are creating errors.
Inventories: Ensure regulatory requirement for completion of 100% inventory through monthly execution of at least 10% of stock. Completes execution of Monthly Vault and Quarterly Cage inventory as well as special inventories to target issues identified through regular data analytics.
Applies established mechanisms of all internal USAMMCE warehouse functions. As problems are identified incumbent identifies source of problems, presents findings to lead supply technician and assists preparing recommendation for other division supervisors and leads for corrective action.
As the focal point for reception of MMQC and Manufacturer Recall Messages, delegates executions of tasks to ensure 100% compliance with MMQC, and recall messages. Ensures dissemination of MMQC/ recall messages to all applicable customers.
Assists the Lead Supply Specialist, with dissemination and control of work assignments for up to nine (9) employees. Distributes and balances workload among employees in accordance with established workflow or job specialization and ensures an even flow and distribution of work to accommodate completion of high priority requirements and achievement of deadlines and schedules. Incumbent explains work requirements, demonstrates methods and procedures, and responds to technical and administrative questions presented by subordinates. Reviews, spot-checks, or inspects work and rejects or modifies unacceptable work products.
Performs other duties as assigned.

E&T Level I: 2 years of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 2 years of experience as defined in B below.
Current employees who do not meet E&T Level I and who are not in the same or similar occupation must have 2 additional years of creditable experience as described in A below.
E&T Level II: 1 years of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 2 years of experience as defined in B below.
E&T Level III: 1 year of experience as defined in B below.
E&T Level IV: No additional experience required.
Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade.
Experience A: Included clerical work in an office or store, working with computers, bookkeeping, making and recording inventories, telephone marketing, arranging for events or as a cashier, etc.
Experience B: Experience in the same or similar line of work as the job for which considered. The experience must demonstrate that the applicant possesses the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required in the position. The predominant experience must have been gained at a comparable level of difficulty to the position to be filled. The amount of the higher level experience must be in a reasonable relation to the required total number of years.
Applicants must be in possession of a German driver's license class B.
Office automation skills are required.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVEL:
English Language Proficiency level C1 AND German Language Proficiency level B2 required.
