Who we are
The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.
Your role and key responsibilities
* Support in the planning and management of battery cell projects in the field of Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
* Creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules and status reports specifically for ESS cell projects.
* Participation in the coordination of interdisciplinary teams (e.g. BD, procurement).
* Monitoring milestones and supporting compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
* Preparation and organisation of project meetings, workshops and technical reviews.
* Preparation of reports and documentation to support ESS cell projects
* Support in identifying and minimising risks in project implementation.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to ensure smooth processes.
* Maintain and update project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira) to track project progress.
* Assisting with budget planning, monitoring resource allocation and preparing cost estimates.
* Contributing to the optimisation of processes and the further development of standards for ESS projects.
What you bring to the team
* Knowledge of battery technologies, charging algorithms and energy storage principles
* Extensive knowledge of project management tools, e.g. Jira, MS Project
* Sound knowledge of technologies and market trends in the field of battery storage, including lithium-ion cell technology and other storage systems.

* Successfully completed studies in engineering, business or a comparable qualification
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Experience of working in a demanding environment
* At least 3 years proven experience in project management, ideally with PMP, or Scrum, or PRINCE certificate
* Business fluent in English
