Main responsibilites:
1. Installations and Commissioning Support on customer site
2. Active guidance for Service Technicians onsite
3. Consulting integration phase and hand-shake processes for interfaces on industrial systems
4. Support the integration phase of required software interfaces
5. Error analyses and optimization of application and customer processes
6. Consulting for process development, project documentation and internal documentation
7. Collaboration on internal change management
Experience requirements:
8. Completed technical education in the field of electrical engineering/mechatronics or comparable education
9. Initial professional experience in customer service for mechatronic systems, ideally in the automotive sector
10. Good knowledge of microcontrollers, control technology, data transfer and communication systems incl. fieldbus systems
11. Good organizational and social skills as well as the ability to assert yourself
12. Independent and structured working style combined with a high degree of customer and service orientation
13. High level of commitment and dedication, including worldwide travel and temporary weekend work
14. Ability to communicate and convey technical aspects in German and English
