The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
* Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and manage detailed annual roadmaps for the team with clear milestones, KPIs, and deadlines that drive our battery cell technology forward.
* Cross‑Department Coordination: Lead and participate in internal meetings to synchronize efforts between our subdepartment and battery cell projects – knowing when to represent and when to streamline your presence.
* Application & Innovation: Identify opportunities for application and innovation in advanced data analysis, simulation, and cell design tool development of our team while aligning with PowerCo’s technology development and manufacturing objectives.
* Financial & Process Excellence: Oversee budget forecasting, vendor negotiations, and procurement processes to ensure efficient resource allocation and process optimization.
* Project Management: Monitor, adjust, and document project tasks and processes using classic & agile methodologies, risk management and digital tools to maintain transparency and performance.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing critical requirements and translating them into actionable project insights, and steer sample and data exchange.
* Resilient Execution: Tackle repetitive or challenging tasks with unwavering focus and a high tolerance for frustration, ensuring consistent, data-driven outcomes that propel our technology development.
What you need for our CELLebration
* Industry Experience: Several years of experience in the battery cell industry or a closely related field.
* Academic Credentials: A successfully completed graduate degree in chemistry, materials science, physics, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
* Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of battery materials, electrode design, cell performance, aging, and electrochemistry.
* Analytical Acumen: Exceptional ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, prioritize tasks effectively, and extract strategic insights from detailed data.
* Language Proficiency: Business fluent in English to thrive in our international team environment.
