What You Can Expect
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing assigned segmental sales ensuring market penetration in the individual segment and field implementation through sales initiatives and the marketing strategy.
How You'll Create Impact
* Achieve the sales targets in the assigned territory and in specified products' segment.
* Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure the territory attains or exceeds assigned monthly and/or annual sales goals.
* Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers to increase market share.
* Organizing information and training events
* Instructing medical and healthcare staff in the use of the products and supporting them in their application
* Continuous monitoring and assessment of the relevant markets
* Maintaining contact with the target groups
What Makes You Stand Out
* Degree in the medical field or relevant studies and/or many years of professional experience in a comparable sales role
* Several years of sales activity in the field with proven success in a medical device company with a focus on surgery/orthopaedics
* Knowledge of business administration
* Medical knowledge and technical understanding
* Good knowledge of the health policy environment (e.g. DRGs) and experience in the hospital business
* Good IT user skills (MS Office package)
* Good knowledge of English and German
