Role Purpose: GKN Automotive is actively seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst with expertise in Commercial processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our transformation journey moving from multiple ERP platforms and connected systems to a single SAP S/4HANA ERP system in all GKN Automotive plants. Accountable as key decision maker on the process designs within Commercial. Ensures that business requirements are met while supporting the overall objectives of the program and adhering to SAP best practices. Actively champions the standardization and simplification of processes across the GKN organization. Key Responsibilities SAP S/4HANA Implementation: – Facilitate workshops to provide the overall Commercial Processes requirements that includes sales, distribution, pricing and revenue and commercial analytics for the accurate solution design. Process Optimization: – Analyze and optimize end-to-end Commercial processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA functionalities for maximum efficiency. Collaborate closely with Commercial stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into integrated SAP S/4HANA solution. Advise Commercial business stakeholders and actively promote industry best practices. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: – Elicit, document, and manage business requirements. Ensure all the aspects of the business processes are mentioned in the documentation to enable the right solution design. SAP S/4HANA and GKN Commercial (Demantra, HIS, Windchill) Integration: – Lead efforts to integrate SAP S/4HANA and Demantra/HIS/Windchill solution seamlessly, ensuring data consistency and optimal end-to-end Commercial operations. Testing and Quality Assurance: – Ensure the quality and integrity of Commercial-related SAP S/4HANA solution through thorough testing and validation. Supporting the Testing process and communicating the defects/issues to the implementation team for the resolution. Training Support: Support the training material preparation, review, and approval. Act as a key point of contact for Commercial-related SAP S/4HANA inquiries, delivering timely support and resolution. Change Management: – Support change management initiatives. Facilitate communication and training to ensure a smooth transition to new Commercial-related SAP S/4HANA solution. Commercial Reporting and Analytics: – Utilize SAP S/4HANA Commercial analytics tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution - Execute and deliver elements of the digital road map, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation. To be successful in this position, you will have: 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD, CX) module and related commercial functionalities. Technical background and ability to translate the functional requirements to the technical requirements. Ability to understand impact of issue on business and identify suitable solution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills within the Commercial domain. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage Commercial stakeholders. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. SAP S/4HANA certifications in Commercial are a plus.
