Your new role Maintain and update training materials in the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring employees have easy access to learning resources Assist in creating and distributing training materials, including guides, presentations, and e-learning content Organize and coordinate workshops, online training, and coaching sessions, managing schedules and logistics Support new hires by ensuring they have access to relevant training and development resources Be the go-to person for employees with training-related questions, providing timely support Track employee participation in training programs, ensuring compliance with company development plans Help improve learning processes, making administration smoother and more user-friendly Gather and analyze training feedback to support ongoing improvements to learning programs What you bring 2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or learning support role, ideally in Learning & Development or HR Operations Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple training initiatives Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and H RIS platforms Sharp attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2 or higher) A passion for learning, employee development, and improving HR processes.
