Responsibilites:
* As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will advise and support managers in all issues relating to talent and performance management as well as future personnel planning. Act as a people manager, leading by example and enable your small team to partner with the business
* On site level, you will set up a balanced and engaged cooperation with legal works councils and negotiate work council agreements for concerned departments in cooperation with HR service and solutions
* You are in charge of building a consistent collaboration with our different HR pillars (People Solutions, Centres of Expertise, Talent Management, Social Dialogue), and between HR Function and Business leaders to ensure the alignment of HR deliverables with achievable business expectations and the execution of group driven HR initiatives
* During change processes, you will design the overall process in close cooperation with the managers. You will ensure the right organizational design, processes, qualifications and behaviour of employees and managers
Profile
* Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration
* Significant experience in a Senior HR leadership role, preferably in the industrial sector
* Experience in project management and project leadership coupled with HR analysis experience
* Very good knowledge in various HR topics and experience in taking over performance & talent management processes as well as in organizational development
* Intercultural competence, as well as flexibility and creativity in dealing with changing requirements
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, intercultural experience and awareness required to work across borders and within the global Hager Group
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as Business acumen
